Anybody Heard Of Alza Transactions? Are They A Legitimate Service? They handle their orders pretty fast and although they have no phone number online, they answer their emails very fast and prompt. I never had a communication problem with them.

They are something like an escrow service and they are an excellent time saver. I recommend them.

I would like to use them as well but I see a lot of scam alerts on the internet, I want to buy a mower and i don't know if that's safe. So I am reading on what you say here.

Yes there are alerts on the internet but if you read them carefully, you will see that they teach you how to stay safe too, there are a lot of scammers using these people's names in order to scam others but if yo are careful as a first time user you will be OK.

No doubt they are legitimate and a good service too. On craigslist, being a free classifieds add website, of course there are a lot of scammers and my opinion is that a service like this is welcomed.

Yes they are welcomed indeed, there are a lot of weird things going on on craigslist, i've heard stories like someone pretending to sell something and they meet with potential buyers, then rob them, of course the buyer will have the money on him and they steal your money or potentially kill you.

I've heard of someone that contacts people and if they are out of town they go and rob their house lol because they know nobody's home.

Enough of this, you are missing the point here, the service is OK and the man asked a question, you guys started with the news and ****. Yes, that is a good service and you can use it safely by following their safety tips. Also always check your browser.

That's hard to believe, i've made some transactions with them and i always used a bank transfer option and never had a problem, never used paypal but from what i know they are the safest payment service out there and i see that they are not safe either.

Nothing's safe these days, for the person that started this article, just follow their safety tips and you will be ok no matter the payment option used.

I've had a friend that was scammed through this service, but when we investigated with the local authorities and some IT experts they said the service was not the one that scammed him. They used sophisticated software and cloned some of their web pages, attached some scripts on their website and used different email addresses that ends like their real email addresses. That software is called Bulk Mail and you can actually find it free to download online but they will shut it down. They advised us not to do anything online and let them handle this because if the scammers know what they are up to, they can loose their trace and can't recover any money. By the way, they used paypal too and scammed my friend out pf $1600 through a fake paypal account.

The actual service is excellent and even if you you may find it expensive, it`s not really, consider the fact that they include all the fees in the price of sale and you have better chance of selling something or feel better buying from them knowing that the shipping is free.

Just purchased a crazy Alienware m17x r2 through this service and they delivered the machine fast and the payment was by bank transfer, no problem here.

Yeah, i bought an m3 engine and it was delivered without any problems so i guess they are ok. I don't know why some people are still convinced that they have been scammed by the real Alza Transactions service and they don't admit the fact that they are not being careful when buying online.

Guys be careful of emails you receive on craigslist telling you to click on some links that appear to be from craigslist but they are not. They send you messages asking you "is this your item? It has the same pictures" or something like that and they ask you to enter your craigslist account and password and BAM, the account is stolen and the scammers are posting fake ads on your account and you could be held responsible for their actions because it's your account after all.
