The accounting equation used in the accounting system must always be balanced. It tells you that the amount of money owed to the creditors must be equal to what the company owns. Accounting is used in businesses to keep record of the entire financial portion. This is how business accounting works. The financial transactions are recorded on regular basis. This will tell you how well your business is working. Accounting helps people to analyze the productivity of there businesses, it allows financial decisions, and also helps in preparing financial reports. How the business accounting works depends on the strategies you are using to maintain your accounts. If it is maintained properly it can bring a lot of profits to your business. If it is not, then it will lead to poor judgment which will eventually lead to loss.
