What Are A Real Estate Agent S Services As Far As The Seller And Buyer Is Concerned?
I’m writing a paper on real estate for my college class, and I need to get some things cleared up. I’ve been wondering about a real estate agent’s services to the buyer and seller. I want to know a real estate agent’s services as far as the buyer and seller is concerned, and the things that a real estate agent cannot do.

A real estate agent plays an important role as far as the buyer and seller is concerned. However, the services performed are particular, and several tasks are not included in the services. Real estate agents do not carry out title search or title insurance. Moreover, they refrain from carrying out appraisals or surveys of properties. Also, they do not act as lawyers for both parties. A real estate agent’s services do not include these specific tasks, in reference to the buyer and seller.
