Dismissal can be defined as the termination of an employee by an employer. Normally Dismissal is due to the shortcoming or a negative act on the part of the employee. The most common terminology used for the process of Dismissal is 'firing the employee'. Sometimes, an employer reduces the number of employees, for economic reasons, like a slump in the economy. The other reason could be the bad performance of an employee, or employees. An employee is causing a disturbance in the normal working of the organization and instigating strikes, or inciting the employees against the management. In such a case the employer can dismiss an employee or employees. In case of any negative activity against the organization or the colleagues may lead to dismissal.
