Human sweat or perspiration is basically fluid production by the sweat glands. It majorly consists of water. Apart from that it also contains certain minerals, lactate as well as a small amount of urea. The proportion of minerals vary on individual basis. Sodium, Potassium, Calcium. Choride as well as Magnesium are the prime mineral components. Thus the main salt formed after perspiration is Sodium chloride which is a combination of Sodium and chloride. Chloride can also form bonds with Calcium and Potassium
