There were many a times when i was in a leading and influencing position during the tenure of a project. I am an engineer by profession and I have worked on several projects during my career. Once our team was working on a construction project. It was a commercial plaza and there were five teams that were overlooking this project from our firm. Each of these teams had a senior engineer in the team lead position and i was one of the team leads. I steered the tasks, objectives and set deadlines for completion. I also defined the course of action for my team and controlled their daily tasks.
